Well, I survived Saturday's shopping adventure. To be honest it really wasn't all that bad because we went first thing in the morning so missed the worse of the traffic and the crowds and I had checked online so I knew the exact shop I was going to. I nearly had a heart-attack when I saw the price of the damned things, I was expecting to pay about £50 not the £70 I had to but what the hell....lol

Anyway it was nice to see the look on her face when she opened them. I did laugh a bit when she turned around and said "Did you pay £70 for them?"

She knew the price all along but forgot to mention that bit to me!! Kids are many things but not daft when it counts.

Right now I'm gonna go clean out my front cupboard for some stuff that the school are going to be sending to Africa, good excuse because it really needs done - well the door won't shut because there is so much in it........

Wish me luck, and if u don't see me in a day or two maybe come help me out again???
