First off, thanks for the kind words.....I am still very sore but I don't think today is quite as bad as yesterday was!!

My youngest came in from school yesterday and found me laying on the couch in pain, she was so sweet - she went through and soaked a couple of tea-towels and laid them on my head, got me a quilt and tucked me in, all without me saying a word to her. I fell asleep and when I woke again a couple of hours later my eldest and my b/f were making dinner. It really was nice of them all!!

Then this morning, because of local government elections my youngest is off school today (they are using the school for polling) so when I got out of bed I looked around for her. Again, how sweet is she??? There she was at the kitchen sink washing-up all the dishes - she has a little list written out of the chores she is going to do today.

I told her once I'd had my tea I would help her, but I started getting really sore again so had to go lay down again. She kept coming through every 5 minutes to check I was okay and see if I needed anything. What a little star she is really!!

Anyway I'm feeling a bit better again so when she comes back from the shop (I gave her some money to go get herself something) I'd better give her a hand.....
