Hmmmmm, not sure what direction the noise is coming from tonight!!

I on high alert because of the last couple of weeks activity, but tonight is the last I am gonna take any of it!! FFS, grrrrrrrrrrr

It must be my lucky day today!!

So far today, according to my email I have won....

250 business cards and a business card holder...woohoooo

A new wardrobe with a shop till I drop experience......

A brand new laptop...yes please!!

A golfing holiday....hmmmmmm

and an 8.2 megapixel camera....

I wonder what I will get tomorrow

I don't know if I have done the right thing or not.....but.....I have just signed up for another 2 open university courses. It has been a while since I have taken any on, but I was a bit undecided on 2 of them to start again with it - so i really bit the bullet this time and have decided to take them both on at once!!

Just hope I haven't bitten off more than I can chew!!

Neither did I, that is, up till now.

I made a great pot and was using my hand blender to make it all smooth, creamy and delicious. It was looking good, but I checked the blender and a bit of it had bent out of shape. (insert emoticon for a dumbass here) I grabbed the bit that was out of shape and pulled it back to where it should be! I forgot that my other hand was sitting on the button to start it.......FFS, OUCH!! Luckily I am now only minus half my thumb nail, rather that half of my thumb!!

I am gonna play the lottery this week, as I figure somehow my luck must be in!!

I got a very interesting knock on my door today. I answered it cautiously because I wasn't sure what I was answering the door to. I was brave and opened it......I am so glad that I did!!

It was a very enlightening chat, and one that benefits me immensely. I now know that I am not alone in a problem I was facing...in fact I couldn't have been further from the truth!! I have a lot of support behind me and now only have to pick up the phone or chap on a door...

I am such a muppet! I was trying to format my computer a while back and thought I had, but then discovered it hadn't worked.

It never really crossed my mind again but after several attempts of trying to play cd's, etc, the penny finally dropped. I have managed to format my D drive.....

So can anybody tell me in easy steps how I can get it back - if i can at all??

Dinner was great, although I was a bit late since I had a last minute crisis at work that I had to stay behind to try and fix. I finally gave up and went for dinner, but I had to go in this morning to get it sorted. All done now though, so I can enjoy the rest of my day off without stressing.

I had my first Saturday off for ages this weekend, but the kids are getting new beds for their room so I spent most of the day dismantalling their old beds and re-arranging furniture ready for the new ones going in...sheessssss, that was a job and a half!!

I had the strangest dreams last night and they have left me feeling very melancholy today. I am gonna take the dog for a trek in the snow today to try and shake the feeling.

Hmmmm, its been a strange kinda week....I have screamed, shouted, smiled, laughed and cried. Pretty much covered every emotion possible and I'm sure I could find a few more new ones to cover in the next few days.

Anyway, it's my brothers birthday today so I went down to see him tonight with his cards and I am taking him out for dinner on Sunday after I finish work....I told him if he controls my kids then I will buy the dinner and do the driving (sounds like a good deal to me!!)

I finally managed to find a dentist today.....yipee!!!

The only thing is, that I have to wait till next month and travel about 10 miles to get there! But, at least I can finally think about being able to smile again!!

So, I was sitting here innocently taking notes on random things as they came to me. Then I went back onto my computer and was just doing my own thing, in my own lil way.

I looked down at my desk and noticed it was covered in BLOOD!!! I started panicking and looking around myself, saw splodges of bood all over the place...then I noticed my hands, arms and my top were all covered in blood too.

By this point the panic was growing into full blown hysteria, so I ran to the mirror - YEAHHH, my face was covered in blood too!! Hysteria started to give way to whatever comes after it...(not sure what the emotion is called, but its very scary!!)

About 10 seconds after that I realised the pen I had been using was in fact a red one, and that it had burst without me noticing.....
