Well, I have decided that I will be trying to make some decisions about moving forward in early January 2022. This has been a year of reckoning with The Wife as far as no sex. Right now, we are at (I think) 13 or 14 weeks with no sex except for one BJ. So I found out yesterday that sometime before the end of the year, I will need to have shoulder surgery. This will be roughly a 6 month recovery with no work for probably 4 months. The Wife is completely freaked out about it - not the no work part - but just the surgery. I am worried about the no work part, but I will manage.
The reality is, she will most likely use it as another reason for us to not have sex on a regular basis - she seems to look for new reasons. Something has to change. I know I have said this for the entire 10+ years that I have been posting here, but at least there have been a few somewhat progressive discussions with her this year.
The Wife is starting a weight loss program so we will see if that helps and she is getting injections in her hip to help with that plus we have 2 vacations planned before the end of the year.
Thinking Positive Thoughts.

Well, 6 weeks now since The WIfe and I fucked last. She goes for a cortisone shot in her hip next Friday so we will see if that helps her pain which will, in theory, increase our sex life.
