To avoid having to go back over the entire year to keep track of how many times The Wife and I have fucked, I figured since we are about 1/4 of the way through the year and I should tally it up so being 'generous', based on my previous blogs for this year, I find that we have managed to fuck 8 times in 4 months. this averages 2x a month which is still not an acceptable level for me. I realize that some have sex daily (I would not turn that down) and some have much less than me or may be in a totally dead bedroom.
I am somewhat hopeful that she will wake up in a willing mood, but not really optimistic.

I had a decent day at work yesterday and figured I would make a nice dinner (I am a chef after all) since The Wife had to work in her office and I know that is stressful. I made Hungarian Goulash and she was so thankful and complimentary. I am thinking, I made her feel good with dinner and perhaps I would get some loving at bedtime, but NOPE - NOTHING. I realize that so far things are better then in past years, but this is not acceptable and if another week goes by, I am writing her another letter (since discussions do not seem to work).

Thursday, April 22, 2021, 8:55:02 PM- He Shoots and misses on Wednesday night

Well, today (Friday) is my Birthday so yesterday The Ex decided to give me some birthday 'Nookie'. Again on Friday night our God Daughter spent the night and I had to be up and out of the house super early and did not get home till 10:30 pm or a bit later - super long day. God Daughter spent the night again on Saturday so I figured that was the end of sex for the weekend but to my surprise The Wife actually texted me when she woke up on Sunday morning to come back to bed which I did quickly. Well, we did not fuck that Friday night because our God Daughter was staying with us and well... The Wife tends to be loud. Last night (Thursday) I took The Wife out for dinner at a steakhouse and we had a great dinner. We came home and watched TV for a bit then went to bed at our regular time around 10:30. Sunday, March 21, 2021, 2:01:40 PM- weekends?

Well, perhaps sex with The Wife will be primarily a weekend thing - this is not bad - Friday night she made a point of coming to bed without her sleep shirt on and even though I was worn out, I decided to take advantage of the opportunity and we had a good fuck, I worked almost 14 hours Saturday and even then she came to bed naked and we cuddled but I was way to tired and sore to fuck. Well ....... Here it is Thursday evening and I did fuck The Ex earlier today. So Saturday night was the last sex with The Wife and she has not been 'avoiding' intimacy, but she has made it pretty clear that she is too tired for any shenanigans when we go to bed. Truthfully, I am pretty worn out this week, but if she expressed a willingness, I would certainly go along.I intend to make an advance either tonight or tomorrow night and see how things go. I am working a 12 hour day on Saturday so I expect to be pretty worn out but I have Sunday off (unexpected) so will have to see how Sunday morning goes.
I truly do not expect to have sex every night (although I would not mind) but a somewhat regular schedule would be nice.

I am truly hopeful that this will continue and I will do my part for sure. Yesterday was day 2 with physical touch and more sex that was surprisingly good. Another interesting thing is that her taste has improved ...
