every time i let paul drive my car it takes me 10... well okay 6 years to get everything back to jacquie settings...we drove around forever today and i had to put the seat up ... tilt the seat back... move it forward .... move it back little bits... adjust the rear view mirror 500 x's..... i could not get comfy ... finally i asked if he adjusted my side mirror (he never does) .... he did... one smidge of an adjust to that and it was smooth sailing...weird how one little thing can throw a body off ... hahahaha..

the whitening doesn't have enough chemicals to whiten.. use crest strips if ya want... tartar control?? tartar is hardened plaque... YOU can't get it off... again both of these are just plain abrasive and can cause sensitive teeth... use just a plain ole toothpaste with fluoride protection.. aim works and it's $0.88 at the walmart....then everyone can have more ice cream and less bitching....that's my hot tip for the day ...

really wanted to blog about nothing.....talked to my cousin tonite.... laughed lots... makes me remember though how much i miss peanut butter cup... haha least i still get to see her at work....i wish everyone the very bestest friday....loves jacq

oh and i have to add...cause that made me remember.. all the girls at work ate all my fucking chocolate... i had to go and find my own and i did.. ha

had a patient today he was a walk in emergency (cute too)..... he's a framer for his occupation and today at work he got nailed with a beam right smack in the mup....knocked one of his front teeth almost out of the socket... fractured another well into the bone (that one's a goner).. another was just loose.. the one that was almost knocked out... we positioned it back .. basically we shoved the tooth back up where it came from.. just kinda cool to see it.... i felt bad for him though for sure .. he was swollen as hell, he's gonna be in mad pain when the anesthetic wears off, and his wallet is gonna feel this one big time.... hazards of the job...one of mine is possibly getting poked... and not that way ... get ya heads out of the gutter.. lol ...what's every ones worse nightmare at work??
