I checked in to a hotel. They gave me a disgusting room. I asked for a different one and got a lovely room. Did I seem too nice at checkin like I wouldn't complain?? 🤔
Honestly, I was willing to leave this hotel & lose my money if he didnt have a better room. The new room was starkly different & just fine. 🤷♀️

Ground up another batch of chicken thighs, went with a sage based recipe for seasoning this time. Making a pot of white bean chili with it, and toasting some ciabatta bread on the grill. 👨🏼🍳

Dealing with diabetes sucks. My A1C was 7.7 six months ago. Determination and saying NO to a lot of the foods/drinks that I love has lowered my A1C to 5.4 as of yesterday. The struggle is real.
I know exactly what you mean...after being in the hospital and eating their food my A1C was around 6 8 took a while to get it back to 5.7 what my Dr likes it at.
