Geeze, I just spent about an hour and a half on the phone with Dell Support. I went to turn on my laptop this morning and received the blue screen of death as I refer to it. This thing would not boot up at all. After running several diagnostics it appeared to be the hard drive (NO!!!!!). I had to call Dell support, ugh! Luckily this PC was still under support, what a miracle. I gather from the person’s accent on the other end, he was from India my guess would be. Ah yes, outsourcing at its best. I had some difficulty understanding him but after an hour and a half of trying different things and putting me on hold several times, I was able to get my PC to boot up correctly. I had visions of me having to send my laptop out for service, which would of taken about 8 to 10 days. Dam that was close! Could not imagine going without my laptop (or NN) for that long
