The past 3 or 4 days have been hot and humid, last night a cold front went thru and this morning it is 15c (60f) and windy. I told my daughter to wear her "winter" bathing suit to swimming lessons.

Several of us decided to have a potluck bbq and boy do we know how to cook and eat! It was good timing that the tornado warning ended just before we were going to eat, but the rain came. No matter, we just tarped the dining area and put a kid in charge of keeping the pools of water off of the tarp. It didn't rain long but it did rain hard.
We didn't care tho, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
A nice little bonus was making our asshole neighbours just a little jealous of what we were enjoying
Anyway, I just got home and got kids tucked into bed, thunder is rumbling again.

you all are so intent on making me hungry with your blogs, I thought id share last nights bbq efforts




damn it was good!

I am very happy being on my own. However that being said, today I am really missing having a warm body to snuggle with, some one to share thoughts with, someone to laugh with, someone to make love with, and yes some one to fuck.
I feel like I have been isolated far too long, even tho I really haven't been on my own for very long.
Time to get out into this big world of ours and grab life, it isn't going to come knocking at the door.

there are so many that "claim" to be tolerant of differences, im calling you ALL on it. I would put this in the forum but fuck it this is my blog and I control it! I can delete you as fast as you post. Am I mad??????? you fucking bet I am. I refuse to post specifics because I don't want anyone to be more of a target than they already are.
"You" and I use the term losely, preach equality for all races sexes etc ad nasium. HOWEVER when it comes to practising "YOU" have out and out been proved wrong, or at the very least certifiably delusional.
"YOU" need to take a really good look at what and who you are cause "YOU" arent fooling anyone.
"YOU" in this blog is a group of people not an individual.

I want to live in the middle of a big field in Saskatchewan where my closest neighbours are over 100 kms away. Tonight I'm thinking it sounds like a really good plan.
My son was outside and told me there was a police car out back and that it came around the front with its lights on, so i took a peek out the window, sure enough there it was parked in front of a neighbours place (here i could describe how i feel about her but lets just say i don't want to melt my cpu) Her neighbour was out there too, to call him shit disturber extrordinaire wouldn't do him justice.
Anyway, all that was going on was a little closer to a friends place than mine so I called her to see what she could see, after a bit of a chat we hung up and went outside. As I was walking down to talk to my friend this bitch says "she did it, id bet it was her" talking about me, insinuating that I was the one to call. Yeah right like I have nothing better to do with my time and I replied saying that.
Needless to say I was fuming, got down to my friends and found out she had also been accused of calling. Meanwhile we both know it was mr shitdisturber, who she hangs out with.
bleh!! I am as sick of typing this shit as I was listening to it!
Rant over, sorry if it doesnt make a hell of a lot of sense but I feel better for typing it.

the whip is finally here, and yup its posted

I decided I was going to bbq for the first time.
Yup got it lit
Yup got the steak on
Yup got it cooked to a perfect medium rare (without cutting into it to check)
Yup it tasted delicious
So who needs men?
I do just not to bbq for me
a full and pleased with herself
