So I'm not sure I like the new Forum. But....I am posting some of dum's recipes in the cooking section. Anyone who wants to know his kitchen secrets, just go peek =)

Play-offs are today. We have a friend coming over to watch with us. Dum hates football, but he is happy at the thought of making a spread for us to enjoy. Spicy chili, stuffing wrapped sausage balls (that recipe's in the forum now), and fried pickles. YUM!

Pop's still in the hospital, and we'd planned on heading up there to watch the steelers/jets game with him, but it started snowing pretty bad. Looks like 4 inches or so already. =(

We were expecting between 3-6 inches of snow Wednesday night into Thursday morning. We got a little less than a foot. Needless to say, I didn't go to the bakery, nor did we open the bike shop.

I did, however, snap a few pics.



That's our front yard, overlooking the street. Dum had already scraped the car off.


Our back yard, and 2 of Dum's 5 grills. I somehow don't think we'll be grilling out anytime soon.


My "censored" thoughts on the weather.


Me bundled up before we started shoveling the driveway. Let's see, I had on: thigh high socks, a pair of ankle socks, jeans, knee high combat boots (aka, my stripper boots), a tank top, a tee-shirt, a sweat shirt, scarf, hat, and gloves. After a bit, I was actually sweating.

It took us two hours to clear our driveway. And, according to the news, we'll get another 1-3 inches tonight, and Sunday night we're expecting another 4-6 inches. So...if they're actually right, we should have a grand total of 19 inches in the space of 5 days.

I hate winter.

I'm betting this is what's going to happen Sunday.

Odd dreams.

The first one was my lil sister, Digoree's, wedding day. Running around getting her the right tiara, and making sure the music was right. All for a 4 minute ceremony. Then screaming at some random guy for smoking in the house. It might have been the groom, I dun 'remember. There was a ton more stuff, but I can't remember the details.

The second was just a partial bit of a dream. I was getting my upper thigh tattooed by a friend from here, panzerkunst666. I wasn't really looking at what he was inking on me, just watching everyone around me's reaction. And everyone was mad! WTH?!? So he finally finishes and I look. And he's done an old school pin-up girl. But it's me. And it's pregnant! It was so real that when I woke up, I hadda peek under the blankets to make sure I didn't really have it on my thigh.

No more soup before bedtime.

Dis should 'splain most of the damage I've caused 'round here from time to time.

about snow. Sledding!! We got a good 4-5 inches of snow dumped on us yesterday. So around 9pm, I told Dummy that I've never been sledding. He decides we have to change that!

Lol, we tried getting a big group of people to come with us, but it's harder than you'd think to get people to leave their warm houses at midnight to go play in the freezing snow. But we got some neighbors to come, and Fierceboy decided to take ma challenge.

We stopped by Wal-mart (aka the evil empire) and bought a lovely cushy 2 seater inflatable sled, boy was THAT fun blowing up. Two heavy smokers, huffing and puffing trying to inflate the stupid thing.

It was fantastic fun! Well, the going down part was. The hill was prolly 'round 100 ft, and a pretty steep 35 degree grade. So you got some speed going down. WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEee!!! Then...being drunk and having to climb back up the hill w/o falling over (too much).

The neighbor's brought snowboards, which I refused to even THINK about trying. So I was content sliding down over and over either by myself, or leaning back against Dum or FB. I brought my camera, but totally forgot to take pics.

All in all, another fantastic first!!

*Edit* I almost forgot! Ya'll know those thigh high hot pink striped socks I have? The uber sessy ones? Yea, I wore those under ma jeans. I was TOASTY! LOL!

So nothing much happened last night. *shrug* The vibe was off. Which I can understand. Was still a great night, lots of fun, and a good race.

Apparently, at some point in the night, I drunkenly decided it was time for me to sleep, so I crawled into Barbie and Ken's bed and passed out. They found me after doing a room-to-room search. *gigglesnorts*

I'm exhausted. Haven't been sleeping well at all lately, gettin usually 3-4 hours a night. The bakery was crazy today, I still think they need to supply the excedrine.


Tomorrow, we're sposta head over to Precious and Barbie's house. A race viewing party. *shrugs* We'll see what kinda dirty things we can get up to, shall we?
